The Global Carbon Council (GCC) is pleased to announce the re-approval of CTI Certification Co., Ltd. as a distinguished GCC Validation and Verification Body (VVB) for a new three-year term, valid from 27 March 2025 to 26 March 2028, following the established Procedure for Approval of VVBs.
In alignment with the stringent criteria outlined in the UNFCCC/CDM Track, CTI Certification has successfully demonstrated compliance, reaffirming its commitment to excellence in validation and verification services. The GCC program has reapproved CTI to provide crucial validation services for projects aspiring to be registered with the GCC Program and to verify greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions for projects already registered with the GCC Program.
The GCC looks forward to the valuable contributions of CTI in advancing sustainable practices and ensuring the accuracy of environmental initiatives through meticulous validation & verification processes.

It’s imperative to highlight that the validation of project documentation by GCC-approved VVBs remains a foundational prerequisite for project registration and the issuance of Approved Carbon Credits (ACCs) within the GCC Program. The pivotal role played by GCC VVBs continues to uphold the integrity of the GCC Program by verifying the accuracy of emission reduction claims made by project owners.
