The Global Carbon Council (GCC) is pleased to announce the re-approval of Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd. as a trusted GCC Validation and Verification Body (VVB) for another term, 8 January 2025 to 7 January 2027

In line with the rigorous criteria set out in the UNFCCC/CDM Track, Bureau Veritas has successfully met the necessary requirements, confirming its ongoing commitment to providing exceptional validation and verification services. This re-approval authorizes Bureau Veritas to conduct vital validation services for projects seeking registration under the GCC Program, as well as for verifying greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions for already registered projects.

It’s important to note that the validation/verification of project documentation by GCC-approved VVBs is a crucial step for project registration and the issuance of Approved Carbon Credits (ACCs) within the GCC Program.
